No, we are able to replace misted and fogged glass units with the minimal of disturbance.

Yes, we will measure the glass unit and have a replacement made to measure, which we will then replace with very little disturbance to your home.
What can we do if the we are unable to get a correctly matching handle for our glazing?
We have a huge range of handles and lock systems to choose from, so finding an alternative that is a very close match is not normally a problem.
Can you replace old and tired looking glazing with new modern replacements?

The products we supply and fit come with supplier backed guarantees. All of our windows come with a 10 year guarantee, our glass units come with 5 years and 1 year for any locks, handles and hinges. What payment methods do you accept?
Fixaglaze accept cash, cheques or online payments. All of our banking details are on your invoice along with your reference number. If payment on the day cannot be made we politely ask all payments are made within 7 days of installation.
I notice you are registered with FENSA, what does this mean?
FENSA is the largest and longest established Competent Person Scheme within the replacement window and door industry.
Fixaglaze Ltd is able to self-certify compliance under the Building Regulations which means you don’t need to apply for a separate assessment from Building Control FENSA members undergo a stringent vetting process and are continually inspected to ensure consistency with the relevant Building Regulations. This is peace of mind for you that the work we carry out is to a very high standard.
Will I have to register the installation myself?
No, you won’t have to register the window or door installation with the local authority as we do this for you.
The homeowner will receive a certificate following installation confirming the work carried out.
If they choose to sell the property in the future the buyer’s solicitor will request a copy.
I see you offer an Insurance Backed Guarantee, what is this?
Fixaglaze Ltd will provide you with an Insurance Backed Guarantee(IBG). This is a guarantee which covers our own guarantees should we cease to trade.
